Location: Fifth Settlement Remote

At Kepler, we partner with healthcare and pharmaceutical brands to deliver impactful marketing solutions. We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong medical background who can lead cross-functional projects, ensure seamless execution, and build lasting client relationships.

What you will do

• • Lead projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• • Coordinate with internal teams, including medical, creative, regulatory, and technical departments.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• • Ensure all project deliverables comply with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• • Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for clients and management.
• • Review medical content and documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or another relevant medical field.
• Experience managing projects and communicating with corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
